Dr. Paul D. Alder grew up in Spokane and attended Shadle Park High School. He later attended Life West Chiropractic College in San Lorenzo, Calif., and graduated with honors on Sept. 18, 1995. After college, he practiced in Boise, Idaho, for almost two years before returning to his hometown. He established Alder Family Chiropractic in 1995. In addition to his practice, he has taught as a guest lecturer in Washington, Idaho, and California.

Dr. Paul is married to his wonderful wife Lisa, with whom he has five children: Courtney (24), Jeremy (20), Miranda (19), Jonathan (12), and Brooke (2). When he’s not spending time with his beloved family, Dr. Paul is also heavily involved in the community and his church. He enjoys working with the Boy Scouts and helping them with their campouts and Eagle projects. An Eagle Scout himself, he enjoys seeing the young men earn their Eagle rank.

Holly:

Holly is a tremendous asset to our practice. Friendly and courteous, she enjoys meeting every patient and ensuring their needs are met. She plays a significant role in creating the warm, welcoming environment that is our office. In addition to her work with us, she trains interns at Spokane Community College.

Lisa:

Though you may not see her often, Lisa is also essential to our practice. She comes in to help with operations, often with Jonathan and Brooke in tow. Everyone loves to see them!

Mary Ann Martin:

Mary Ann Martin is our wonderful Massage Therapist. A licensed practitioner since 2004, she has a wealth of experience and a natural talent for healing. She works with patients’ energy, balancing it into harmony to achieve relaxation and wellness. She has studied healing methods since 1983, when she explored the art and effects of acupressure and reflexology, along with the use of essential oils. She practices Structural Relief Therapy. Her goal is to achieve a “best, better, and best” result for all clients seeking relaxation and well-being of body, mind, and spirit.
